The bag is fixed but it is time to change the shocks. I'm leaning towards
Ohlins, but are they really the best or just the highest priced? Are there
any good deals out there? I haven't been getting any good hits doing
internet searches. Do all aftermarket shocks require 12,000 mile
rebuilds?>>

One word: WILBERS. They are less costly and made better than Ohlins, and as
a bonus they don't weight six tons. I sell Wilbers shocks at the same price
as the distributor, and can set them up for you.

I only sell what I ride, and the Wilbers on my R1100S were the single
largest improvement I made to it, and it came stock with very good BMW Sport
Suspension. The Wilbers is just better.
