My local tire shop charges me $15/wheel to put on (their) new tires,
when I roll the wheels in already off the bike. Seems cheap, and I
don't mind taking them off out on the street, they give priority to
anyone who rides in.

But oil, valves, TB balancing... those are dead simple and I see no
reason to take the bike to a dealer for that.
