Chris says:
How about YOU do the write-up. Everyone was very pleased with the breakfast at Henny Penny. Riders included Joe Steiner, Les Raffel, Brent Hansen, Marco Hyman, Chris Weld, Don Theile and Randy Hendricks. Joe Steiner had to leave us in Cazadero, ergo there were six for King Ridge, Hauser Bridge et al.
Marc replies:
Those who ate at Henny Penny might be pleased. Some of us aren’t as fond of that restaurant as others. That’s why I met the group for the ride after breakfast.
Anyway, not much to report. We rode. We stopped to enjoy the scenery every now and then. We took some pictures. We stopped for a (very) late lunch in Pt Reyes but the restaurant was closed. I decided dinner was going to be soon enough and headed home. That was the worst part of the ride due to road construction and school related traffic. It took one hour to get from Pt Reyes to 101.
And the title of this report? It comes from a comment Chris made: Kings Ridge is his favorite road to ride. That explains the many, many stops at Cazadero over the years. This ride we skipped Tin Barn.
