Oh, my aching back

I have a herniated disc, and here is what works for me:   I do various back
exercises, which only take a few minutes each day, on an ongoing basis.  You
can find them online by doing a Google search.

I wear a Back a Line back supporter.  http://www.backaline.com/   I never ride
without it.  It works.
