HI Bob....sorry I didn't get back to you right away....out of town.
The "tube" has a couple of O rings on it but should slide right out....
It is the blind pocket that you are drilling into......It has been about 4
years for me, so instead of giving you instructions by memory, let me take
one of the bars off this weekend and take a look ......as to hole size and a
refresher as to exactly how the hole was drilled....
I will get back to you tomorrow.
