Well you know, I test rode one a while back and kind of had the same opinion,
which is why I poised the question to the list. It felt like a gutless
nothing compared to my RS. However those that have them seem to like them
quite a bit, even those who've down-sized from bigger bikes. They must grow
on you. And I think it would make an excellent bike to teach my son how to
road ride and I certainly would like something smaller to negotiate traffic
here in the congested Portland suburbs. I'm still looking.

I had one as a loaner while my 1150rt was in the shop.
It put a smile on my face, but not one of pleasure. I
just couldn't figure why anyone would fool with one of
these things. See 'em all over this town though (San Francisco).
