and read the FAQs.  dispite what one individual seems to think about lack of
surging, you will read with interest, that specific model years had some
interesting problems.  some of these were fixable and done by bmw under
warranty.  other model years could not be relieved of surging.  information
in your hands, before you shop, is always a good thing.
