R100RT won't start

I have a 97 R1100RT that has sat idle for 18 months or so. 20k miles on it.
After doing some routine work on it, it won't start. Turns over but not a
single sputter.

This is what I did:

- - Replace throttle/choke/throttle body cables.
- - Oil/filter change, Mobil 1 15w50, BMW filter
- - Gearbox oil change, BMW Gear Oil 80w90 GL5
- - Final drive oil, BMW Gear Oil 80w90 GL5
- - Air filter, stock BMW
- - Spark plugs, Autolite's (per advice of IBMWR.org tech notes)
- - Checked and tweaked valve clearances (small tweaks on 2 valves)

Battery is strong and it cranks just fine. But does not fire.

- - Pulled both plugs, confirmed strong spark.
- - Disconnected right fuel line to injector, had strong flow.
- - Drained old gas and put in 1 gal of fresh.
- - I can hear the fuel pump going when when key is turned.

Anybody have any ideas!?!? I'm getting stumped. It was running fine when put
away 18 months ago.
