Basic vin decoding for 17 digit vins

      Digit	meaning

	1	country in which the vehicle was manufactured, W = germany
	2	manufacturer, B = BMW
	3	vehicle type
	4-8	body style, engine type, model, series, etc
	9	VIN check digit
	10	Model year, R = 1994
	11	assembly plant for the vehicle
	12-17	Sequence number

I belive the plant can do whatever they want with the sequence number.
Mine, for example, is E85624 -- a 2002 R1150RT sold in May of '01.
