I've had bad cupping with the bt-20 on the front.  I thought it was over inflation but that didn't help,  I have a works shock and perhaps it isn't adjusted right but it sure seems to cup quickly and makes the bike handle really hard at slow speeds...    mine is an 1100Rt 

I seem to get about 12,000 out fo the back and 6,000 out of the front with easy  non curvy driving.
