Not to be confused with skill level.

You do it every day when you're riding deep in thought and
suddenly arrive at destination but can't remember most of the
ride.

That level is not limited to the virtuoso world class level. It
just means that you can do something while not concentrating on
it.

Like going down the stairs while thinking about your meeting.

Or your upcoming ride. <G>
