Are you looking for a spreadsheet that lists all the things that need to be 
replaced and when, or something that reminds you that you need to tend to 
something? I have a slick solution for the latter. It's a service scheduler 
spreadsheet into which you enter  your target service schedule (e.g., oil 
change every 5,000 miles or 12 months, which ever comes first, Poly-V belt 
every 40,000 km, etc). It integrates with a Fuel Log and a Trip Log, so if 
you use either or both, they trigger the stance traveled reading, and remind 
you with an alert.
