Re: Wrist rest

does the device require you to turn it clockwise ( like you were closing the throttle) to tighten it up? I think I have seen this type and find it very counter intuitive to the appraoch that the throttle meister takes. with it you activate by turning the same way as the throttle opens and take it off by just closing the throttle ( while letting you hand overlap the grip on to the device). It works very well and I am very happy with it.

I have seen other guys with the other type actually reach over with thier left hand to set the throttle lock... this seems like a really bad idea to me. I am assuming this is not to be confused with the throttle rocker device.

Subject: Wrist rest

I just received my brand new in the box wrist rest from Bob's BMW
in Jessup Maryland. While searching the internet, I've come across
some bad reviews of the device. It seems most of the complaints were from
K bike users. I have a R1100RT and wondered if anyone else has had a bad
experience with the device or Bob's service. Personally, I've bought a few
things from Bob and have no complaints but thought I'd ask around before I
installed
the wrist rest. He will take it back if it has NOT been installed.
Thanks in advance.
