Thanks for the input This is the confusing part. Yu are (accurately)
referring to the torque on the head NUTS (see Rod's picture at:

My question is the torque on the STUDS themselves (if any) - I have had two
people say that you JUST go by the length of the studs above the cylinder
(152.5mm and 132mm).
