Brakes

Yesterday I took my 94 R1100RS out for a run. As I have been busy building
a house it was the first time in a couple of months. It started fine and I
had gone about 4 miles when the bike started to slow down and then stopped
dead in the middle of the road. The motor was running but the bike would
not budge an inch so I couldn't get off the road. After about a minute I
guess the front brake released and I was able to get home. The left front
caliper was hot and the right front was cold. I was wondering if this was
just a sticky caliper or is it possible it was ABS related. I have never
seen brakes stick so hard. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?
