    can anyone tell me if a 6 speed gearbox from an R1150RT will fit in
my
1999 R1100Rt.

If it will all bolt up ok are there any other bits required to make the
conversion  complete?

In a word, NO it won't. I looked into that last year when I had to
replace mine.
