BMW is very very aggressive about controlling the use of their trademarks, the roundel in particular. You may be able to sneak it into use for a while, but they've swooped down on some very small prey for using it. I'd suggest you contact the BMWRA (http://www.bmwra.org) and ask for directions to BMW club logo rules. They're better versed on this than anyone else.
