Tail bags come in two sizes: too big and too small. At least that has been my experience. I picked this bag because it was only slighly too big. Length and width are perfect for my rack, I just wish the bag weren’t as tall.

I ordered the bag yesterday after installing the luggage rack. Revzilla managed to get it to me today – slightly less that 24 hours from order to delivery. Certainly can’t complain about the service.

The bag mounts with bungie cords. The cords have removable hooks at the end. Also, the cords go through an eyelet in the bag and are tied off with a simple knot. I removed the hooks, undid the knot, and removed the cords to wrap them around my rack. Then I fed the cords back through the eyelets and tied them off after taking up all the slack. I think this will work out fine. It does make the bag a bit harder to remove. I don’t think I’ll be removing it often.
