Deconstruction (August 6)
A lot of deconstruction can happen in a day. The balcony decks were removed, my office cabinetry, carpet, and wallboard on the west and south walls was removed, as well as the fixtures, glass block, and tile in the main bath. Excellent progress.
Water stains were on the wall behind the cabinetry with the expected mold/mildew near the base of the wall.
The damage seems to be limited to the wallboard. The underlying frame wood looks good and solid. I was surprised to find insulation between interior walls.
