The master cylinder is about $200.oo and there isn't a rebuild that I could find either. There is nothing special in there, you might try new o-rings. The bore is so darn small there isn't much you can to resurface it, perhaps a 38cal. gun cleaning brush will clean it up. Everything in there is just alum so not much to work with.
I assume the paint leaked on the paint? Leave it alone, it will harden back up and not be as bad as it might look. atleast it did on mine and now I can't even find the drip spot.
