High Visibility

Hello all,

On the topic of "high visibility," would it not be wisest to have a motorcycle
that is painted safety orange and to have accents of highly reflective tape
all around? Ditto with the rider, having a reflective safety orange vest with
a large highly reflective "X", front and back, plus highly reflective arm
bands and stripes down the sides of the riding gear. Add to that a good strobe
that is visible from all angles (where permitted by law), and you truly have a
high-visibility bike and rider.
