YOu said the white box showed the HES to be good, but you replaced it and I assume the bike ran?
Is this correct? There must still be something wrong and the fact that you have gone
thru 3 of these devices would seem to indicate a greater problem. What does your voltage
do when you are running? Is it excessively high or low
You may have only treated the symptom and not the root desease ( not to imply that you have
anything wrong with your root)...

Subject: Friggin' H.E.S.
It was the H.E.S. I'm so aggravated. This is my third H.E.S. The
"White Box", H.E.S. tester showed the sensor was working. Anyway, I
soldered and shrink wrapped and then wrapped everything up in foil. To
tell the truth, I wonder how those things are expected to hold up to as
much heat as they do.
Still have the high beam indicator on... I don't even care right now,
I'm exhausted.
