2004 R1150 RT Maintenance Schedule

I was looking for the maintenance schedule for a 2004
R 1150 RT. In my Maintenance Instructions booklet it
says "If you are interested, you can view and download
the current maintenance schedule for you motorcycle on
the Internet at www.bmw-motorrad,con/maintenance."
When I type in that URL, the page it connects to says:
"Unfortunately we cannot offer this online service
anymore due to technical reasons. Please contact your
BMW Motorrad dealer for questions regarding motorcycle
and equipment specific maintenance schedules."

I went to this URL when I first got the RT and it had
the schedule. I should have printed it, but I thought
I could always go to the page to get the information
when needed. Why would they take the maintenance
schedule off?

Does anyone have a copy of the maintenance schedule
for a 2004 R 1150 RT they could e-mail to me.
