Hi folks,

just a few words to inform you that the engine of my trusted '98 R1100R
died 2 weeks ago coming back from work, at 210 000 + kms.
The right hand side cylinder rings probably blocked the piston, since I 
have a loud BANG each time the vilo revs.

I'm just considering buying another one for commuting !
You can go back to work/sleep,
