Rocket City Rally Starts Thursday

It starts tomorrow.  The 16th Annual (Sweet 16) Rocket City Rally aka
"The Great Chicken Rally" will be held from noon on Thursday, May 27th
through Sunday, May 30th (Memorial Day Weekend) at Ditto Landing (N34
34.552  W86 33.474) near Huntsville, Alabama on Hobbs Island Road (.25
miles north of the Tennessee River off of US 231).

It will be Southern hospitality at its finest!  Three nights of camping,
rally pin, barbecue dinner Thursday evening, pancake breakfast Friday -
Sunday.  Smoked chicken every day all day, all night, all you want all
weekend.  Coffee, tea, lemonade, popcorn, peanuts while volunteers last. 
Door prizes, awards, vendors, seminars, field events and nightly
entertainment.  Demo rides will be available from Bogart's BMW.  Tour
Barber's Vintage Motor Sport Museum and Track, Jack Daniels Distillery,
Cathedral Caverns and great Alabama roads.  For additional information

Cost: Adults $35, children twelve and under $15.  Day Pass Saturday is
$15.  Also, please bring one can of food for charity.

need not be present to win.
