My only criticism of the article is the lack of substance. For a "news 
article", it falls short in describing just what went wrong other that 
someone having some sort of issue and alleging that it is the fault of the 
BMW's brakes. What were the symptoms? What were the circumstances? Dows 
anyone remember the media frenzy that took place about Audi's "Unintended 
Acceleration" issue, which after numerous lawsuits and media shark-feedings, 
was finally attributed to "pedal misapplication"?
