Brake Master Cylinder Rebuild

I have a '96 RT with 74k miles.
About a month ago I performed the annual brake fluid change.
No fancy bleeders, just speed bleeders, and squeezing the lever.
Things have been fine since then.

Yesterday I found that I could squeeze the front brake lever, and it would
slowly go all the way back to the grip.

Any opinions that this is anything other than a Master Cylinder needing a
rebuild?

Anyone have the part number and source for Master Cylinder rebuild kits?
