Not usually.  Sunoco blends at the pump, but most stations get
separate deliveries of 87, 89, and premium.  The covers for the
underground storage tanks are color coded by gas grade.  Most stations
have 3 different color covers, indicating which tank is used for which
grade (assuming they are not delivering diesel).
