Wayne,  This may well be a regional thing.  But in the northeast, many  
stations are now going over to blending pumps.  They are dropping the  
separate mid grade, and using those tanks for diesel.  Saves digging  
up the ground for additional tanks, which would open the door for the  
authorities to insist on all new tank equipment.
