I know our last ride was just 2 weeks ago, but the bike got new shocks yesterday that need to be “tested”. There’s also some new rubber on the rear that really should be “scrubbed in”. So I have to take this ride. It not just for the fun of it. Really…..
The route was a 300 mile or so loop with the freeway bits at the end. In hindsight it probably should have been the other way around. Oh well… next time. My route was home -> 92 -> 35 -> 9 -> 237 -> Jamison Creek -> Empire Grade -> 1 -> 218 -> 68 -> Laurles Grade -> Carmel Valley Road [G16] -> Arroyo Seco [G17] -> 101 -> 92 -> home. Brunch was at the Beach Street cafe in Watsonville.
