It’s nearly Joe’s birthday so he opened the shop for a party. Alas, when I got the camera out to take some pictures Joe was nowhere to be seen. Luckily, Chris rectified that problem. Here are the few snapshots that I took followed by those from Chris, and finally some from Dick.
Also, Dick shares his magic ribs recipe!
Take Curly brand baby back ribs sold by Costco, cut them into individual ribs and add about two tablespoons of Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce (Tuong Ot Sriracha) to each pack in a bowl and marinate overnight. Then grill until the meat is almost ready to depart the bone. The chili sauce gives them a Tejas zing. These are not the ribs that Costco serves hot. Look in the cold foods sections.
