Re: main beam / dipped beam



One of the advantages of being Australian is that the combination of a 
british heritage and a US style media has made us truly comfortable with all 
forms of english as she is spoke. High beam, low beam, main beam, dipped, 
none of those terms would make any of us think twice and we would probably 
use them interchangeably without noticing.
