More demolition. With all of the rain there is a lot of mud. Due to the mixed up elevations they’ve dug a few trenches to get water out of some of the low spots.

The pipe in 2nd picture above holds what we believe to be the electrical service to a hot tub that once existed. Will be interesting to see where it tied into the house.

The last picture above shows the electrical conduit going toward the house at the drain spout. Perhaps it is connected to the conduit coming from the wall below the electical output

Driveway turn-around
The jack-hammer is off now that the brick part of the driveway turn-around has been removed. The shovels and picks have come out to dig trenches, cart off dirt, etc.
Water, water, everywhere…. The reason that the steps to the poolhouse by the retaining wall were always weeping was discovered. The catch basin was not the lowest part.. there was a cavity behind the retaining wall below the level of the catch basin that was holding water. After a beautiful spring like day there is still lots of moisture. A few more dry days would be nice, but it’s supposed to rain again, Saturday evening.

Removable fence section
The (now) removable fence section opens a hole just big enough for the landscapers to get their bob cat through.
