A Cabot “Clear Solution” named Pacific Redwood went on the front and rear balcony. That leaves only the trim and siding left to do.

The above pictures show various places around the house that were painted. Most of this was as a result of damage repairs and new windows. We also touched up various spots that had worn, primarily as a result of the landscaping in 2000. The goal is to not have to paint the exterior for another 7-10 years.
