I’m getting old. Shrinking and losing weight seem to come with the territory. My two-piece Roadcrafter riding suit isn’t as comfortable as it used to be. Also, it isn’t used all that often. On all trips and most day rides I’ve been using Darien gear. Going forward I’ll be using the Klim Latitude jacket that replaced my Darien jacket and my Aerostich AD-1 pants. Don’t need a riding suit I don’t wear.

Size 42 L
Also 42 L
As noted above, the gear has been lightly used. The Jacket is about 8 years old. The pants are slightly older. In terms of the product Aerostich sells today this would be a MEN’S ROADCRAFTER CLASSIC TWO PIECE SUIT in gray/black with TF3 pads. Both pants and jacket are size 42L. Aerostich says:
- 42” chest
- 36” waist
- 6’ 1” height
- 150-190 lbs
- 33” inseam
Additionally I added a sas-tec back protector held in an Aerostich velcro attached AEROSTICH TRANSIT BACK IMPACT ARMOR ADAPTER SLEEVE. Not pictured is a black Aerostich carrying bag for the suit. It folds up small enough to fit in the suit’s thigh pocket. It’s only been used a handful of times over the years.
Button down collar
Pocket detail
This version of the jacket comes with the button down collar and a carabiner on a loop in the left chest pocket.
Other info
The suit is in good to very good condition and has been freshly laundered. See the following pictures for areas of inperfection. No holes or abraisions or material wear other than the pictured velcro. Zippers are in very good condition.
Because the pants are older than the jacket there is a slight variation in material color. I’d say the pants have a slight green tint compared to the jacket. This can be seen in the pictures below.
