It’s Friday. Our sewer line has been replace and is hooked up, although the final piece is temporary. Next week a cleanout will be added as the line leaves the house. Some of the line was replaced using pipe bursting (trenchless pipe replacement). Where the line was collapsed trenches were dug. We finally found the missing cleanout, about 2 feet deep. It wouldn’t have helped as the collapsed section was betwen the house and the cleanout.
To confuse things there is some paving going on at the same time. Today stuff had to be moved around to let the street workers grind up the top level of asphalt.
