Stairs are done. There’s a new roof on the pool house. The other roofer had been called to handle wrapping the waterproof membrane around the new facia. They will be out tomorrow. Some stone and mortar is still needed where the three columns used to sit. And the house needs painting. It’s going to be an expensive summer.
